Can everyone figure out how to use the product? With each Plant Box you receive a short How-to-guide that will help you get started. The product is designed to be easy to figure out, so everyone can get started with growing vegetables and herbs in their homes.
What are good tips to ensure my plants will grow? It's important not to water too much. Try to water once a week and let the soil dry almost our before you water again. It is also important you place the pot in a sunny window. Ideally a window facing South or West. We recommend you read the Instructions carefully that comes with your Plant Box and you can read more tips in our Inspiration section on our site. You are always welcome to contact us if this does not answer your questions.
In what format will the Plant Box be delivered? When you purchase the product you chose where the product will be delivered. The Plant Box is designed to fit in all mail- and letterboxes, so you avoid having to go to the postoffice every month.
General questions
Is it possible to cancel my order? If we have not yet shipped your order then send an email to support@mywindowfood.com as fast as possible, and we will cancel your order immediately. If we already shipped your product you can read further down on this page how to return it.
I have been exposed to fraud. What should I do? Contact us immediately on support@mywindowfood.com to cancel any orders or subscriptions and for us to follow your case. Remember to include your order number. We also recommend that you contact the proper authorities and your bank to block the card that has been used.
I have sent you an email, but you have not yet answered. When can I expect an answer? We do our best to answer all incoming emails within 1 business day. If it has been more than 2 days since you sent the email please sent the email again, as we then might have lost it for some reason or give us a call so we can help you. How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter? To unsubscribe from our newsletter please go to the button of the newsletter, where you find a link that says "Unsubscribe". This will remove you from our email list, and future newsletter. You are always welcome to sign up for the newsletter again.
Payment, Delivery and Refunding
What type of payment do you accept? We accept the major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
What countries do you ship to? We ship to all of Europe and the northern part of America (US and Canada).
How much does it cost to ship the product? It depends on the quantity of products and if you chose to get it delivered at home, in at postbox or at your business, and where you live in the world. The shipment cost will be clearly stated when checking out. Can I track my delivery? Yes, all packages is shipped with a Track & Trace number via GLS.
How do I return a product? As a customer you have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform mywindowfood that you regret your purchase. After notification of cancellation has been submitted to mywindowfood, the item must be returned to mywindowfood within 14 days of the delivery of the notice.
The cancellation and return rights must be notified in writing to either our mailing address or support@mywindowfood.com. You find more information about our return policy in our Terms and conditions.

When can I expect do receive my refund? An electronic reversal/refund may take up to 5 business days, from receipt of the goods and transferred into your bank account.
The package I received did not contain what I ordered? We work as hard as we can to give you a good customer experience, but errors do occur. We apologize for that and will do our best to find a solution that leaves you with a good experience. Please call us or write an mail to support@mywindowfood.com if you have any questions, complaints or other matters, and we will find the best solution together.
The Plant Box subscription service
How does the Plant Box subscription service work? With our subscription service you will receive a Plant Box with a new and different seed to plant every month or every second month depending on your choice. We have carefully selected seeds that fits to the month you receive them, so there is enough sun to for the seed to grow into delicious herbs or vegetables in your window. With the subscription service you save 20% compared to buying the Plant Boxes as a one-off purchase. When do you I receive my monthly Plant Box? We ship your monthly Plant Box on the first bank day of each month, and it will take up to 5 week days before you receive it if you live outside of Denmark. In Denmark you can expect to receive your package no later than the third week day of each month.
How often do you charge my creditcard with the subscription service? If you have selected to receive a Plant Box each month we withdraw the money for the next month on the 1st bank day of each month, which is the same day as we ship the package. If you have selected to receive your Plant Box every second month we only charge you every second month.
How and when can I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time. You are not bound for a specific period, and you can cancel your subscription by different methods. On your personal manage subscription site you can update your card, address or cancel your subscription. You can also send us an email on support@mywindowfood.com and we can cancel it for you. You automatically receive a confirmation email once the subscription has been cancelled.
I have forgotten my password to my account. What do I do? Go to the Account page. To the left under LOGIN you find a link that says "Forgot your password?". Click here to get your password sent to your email.
